The reality
Coaching has changed. Your tools haven't.
Volunteer coaches are expected to do it all. Develop players. Organise matchdays. Communicate with parents. Track attendance. Remember every performance. Produce development plans that stand up in a conversation with a parent.
Most clubs stitch it together with spreadsheets, group chats and memory. EveryPlayer brings it into one place, so the work you already do quietly becomes visible progress for every player.
